Welcome to the Blue Lagoon Café, nestled conveniently along Norðurljósavegur in the charming town of Grindavík, Iceland. This delightful café is not just a stop for a quick refreshment but an integral part of the rejuvenating experience that the renowned Blue Lagoon spa offers. As you sip your drink here, you're enveloped in an ambiance that combines tranquility with the stunning natural beauty of your surroundings.

The Blue Lagoon Café has something for everyone, and the menu reflects that diversity. Whether you're indulging in a leisurely meal or grabbing a quick bite after an exhilarating dip in the geothermal waters, each dish is thoughtfully prepared. Imagine savoring a fresh and vibrant Caesar salad topped with perfectly grilled chicken, its flavors a harmonious blend that speaks of quality and care. Or perhaps you're craving something with a twist? The vegan carrot and tofu dish is a must-try, offering a delicate balance of textures and a delightful array of flavors that will keep your taste buds dancing. The avocado and seed crackers deliver a satisfying crunch, perfect for those looking to nibble while enjoying the serene atmosphere.

Recent patrons have particularly enjoyed the café's offerings, with one customer, Maggie, exclaiming how they thoroughly relished each dish, consistently impressed by the quality and flavor. While the café typically maintains a bustling atmosphere, there’s always ample space to unwind and soak in the awe-inspiring views of the lagoon’s blue waters.

On the other hand, some guests have expressed desires for more information upon arrival, especially regarding rental services and billing procedures, as noted by Richard Phillips. However, the welcoming vibe and friendly staff tend to overshadow minor logistical hiccups. As Wai Hon Cheng mentions, the staff are incredibly warm and inviting, enhancing the overall relaxing experience, despite a light-hearted recommendation that visitors might want to skip tasting the lagoon's salty water.

Whether you're looking to hydrate after a session in the soothing waters or seeking a delightful meal, the Blue Lagoon Café welcomes you with open arms. It's an experience that's not just about taste; it’s also about the connection you make with the landscape and those around you. When planning your next visit, make sure to stop by the café to enjoy a blend of Icelandic hospitality and culinary satisfaction—it's a true gem that will undoubtedly enhance your Blue Lagoon adventure!

Cheers! What a good place to have a drink and relax. But I reckon the water is salty, I don’t suggest drinking it. In overall it’s a pleasant experience and staffs are rlly friendly although they reassuming we are Chinese people. Recommend to have a taste of the water Also, I have also met two gorgeous Indian lady which I also posted them in the photo, Maria and Yolanda

Very pleasant experience but for a lack of explanation on the way in. No one told us about renting robes or even how everything is charged to a wristband. However, the trip was well worth while. Didn't try the restaurant, but the cafe was OK, nothing special. Quite a lot of people there but there's plenty of room.

Really enjoyed the food offered at the cafe! We ordered the Caesar salad (amazing grilled chicken), the vegan carrot and tofu dish, the avocado and seed crackers and the fruit salad. All of it was amazing, would definitely recommend and order again!
